If you are considering using Supreme Cleaning & Restoration to do anything on your home, whether it is carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, or any other type of service, you'll want to read these reviews on their company from yelp. My advice would be to STAY AWAY from doing business with them at all. Don't take a chance. They don't stand by their work. As you can see from this review, they broke the customers furnace after upselling them on services they likely didn't need. At least this customer got away with only paying $330 plus $60 in furnace repairs. They bilked me for $1500 after I called on their $39 duct cleaning service. Don't let them get you with the moldy system scam!

Beware of Supreme Cleaning & Restoration
If you get a flyer in the mail for carpet cleaning from Mean Steam Clean or Supreme Cleaning & Restoration, make sure you read up on their reviews so that you know what you might be getting in to. These companies are owned by the same people and they both have similar reviews. They talk you into a higher tier service, provide shoddy service and then take off. Don't just take my word for it. The reviews speak for themselves. I find it interesting that they went ahead and registered a different name than their original "Mean Steam Cleaning." I would guess that it is to start over with their poor reputation.
My house is 8 years old. Not terribly old, but old enough that it is time for a few upgrades. We recently had wood floors installed. The dust from the job warranted getting our vents cleaned out. We have never had this done professionally, so we didn't know who to have do it. We always get mailers for duct cleaning, so we decided to call a few of them. Out of the 3 we called, Supreme was the only company that actually answered their phone. Their flyer had a special $39 duct cleaning. Just as a heads, up, this is a potential red flag. We realized that our duct cleaning would be outside their simple $39 special, but we weren't prepared for what would happen once they showed up.
The lead guy's name was Chris. He had me walk through the house showing him all of the vents we'd need cleaned. He then had me show him our furnace room. He told us he'd put some numbers together and give us a quote on having everything done that we needed.
A short time later, he came back to me with a very concerned look on his face. "I found mold in your AC unit." He then proceeded to explain how mold can grow in our AC unit even though we live in an otherwise dry desert climate. He told me that mine was one of the worst he's seen. Looking back on this experience, I can tell that he practiced all of these lines on other unsuspecting customers because he didn't miss a beat. He had a brochure on mold that he used to support his scare tactics. He explained how if we didn't get rid of the mold problem, everyone in our home was at risk for respiratory illnesses. One thing I failed to do was ask what test he used. I didn't do this until after they had already left and there was not way for Chris to actually show me a real test that he had done to confirm we had mold.
After scaring us into believing we had a severe mold problem, Chris quoted us prices to "fully restore" our system. The prices ranged from $1000 - $2500. We negotiated a price of $1500 for the duct cleaning, full cleaning restoration on our AC coil and furnace, mold treatment throughout the system, and a super expensive ($500) UV light that would keep the mold away. Chris kept trying to sell me on 2 of the lights, insisting that because of the layout of my system, one would not prevent all of the mold from returning. I later found these same UV lights online for $50 or less. Chris had explained that the price was so high, because he would need to pull my furnace panels off, pull the motor out to clean it, and also pull the AC coil out and clean it thoroughly. I had experience with this process in a previous home, so I knew what it involved and I did not want to do it again. I preferred to hire it out this time.
I set them to work and went about my business. I have a home office that I work out of. I noticed that Chris sat out in his truck on the phone much of the time while his assistant was busy running an electric drill with a brush on the end through my vents.
I had a business meeting to run to, but figured that with all of the work they had to do, I would be back long before they finished. I had even asked Chris if they needed to schedule a time to come back in order to have enough time to complete the whole job. I was kind of surprised when he said "Oh, no, we'll get it done today."
When I arrived back home from my meeting, Chris and his assistant had already left. I was pretty shocked that they could get it all done so fast. They had my wife sign off on their work and pay them before leaving. She had only been involved in the decision to go ahead with the job, but was not familiar with what all would be done as far as the cleanup.
As I walked through the house, I could tell we'd just been ripped off. They didn't even reinstall the vent covers. I went into the furnace room and it was obvious they had just vacuumed what they could reach and called it good. They only cleaned the top of the AC coil, because cleaning the bottom was too hard to reach without actually taking it out like Chris said he would. The bottom of the AC coil is what gets clogged the worst. I stuck my phone back in the furnace and took a few pictures. Just as I suspected, they hadn't done a "full restoration" but had merely vacuumed what they could quickly reach and called it good. Chris did say someone would be back to install the UV light. I thought maybe they intended to do a more thorough job upon their return
I quickly called the number on the receipt they gave us. A guy named Erik answered. I expressed my concern with the job that had just been performed. I told them that I wasn't satisfied with the job they had done. I asked if he could tell me what all they are supposed to clean on our furnace. Erik quickly told me that he was just an office guy and didn't know much about the service. (I've since researched the company ownership and found ERIK SCHWEITZER to be one of the managing owners) He said he would have Chris call me once he could reach him. I told Erik that at this point, I didn't feel they were being honest with their service and that I would like to cancel the UV light and get a refund for it. He told me that he could only cancel it if it hadn't been shipped yet. Apparently they don't even stock the lights. They wait for a sucker like me to pay for one and then they have it drop shipped from a vendor. After I got off the phone, I looked into one of the return vents that did not have the cover put back on. It had not been cleaned at all. They had totally missed it. I was pretty upset by now. The vent cleaning was the whole reason we can called these clowns out in the first place.
Chris did call me about 20 minutes later. I expressed to him my concerns. He quickly began blaming the shoddy work on his "new" assistant. He assured me they would "make it right." He said he could come out right away or he could come once the UV light arrived. I told him I didn't want the UV light any more and that I wanted a refund for it. Chris said they would install the light for free and give me a refund. He said they would be back once the light arrived. I never heard from them again.
At this point, it was obvious that I'd been taken. I called my credit card company and requested a chargeback. This was the response they posted back to Amex. They claimed I never submitted a complaint to them. They also claimed they tried repeatedly to contact me to install the UV light. If they had actually done this, why did they not then refund the purchase price for the light since I did not receive it and they never installed it???
As you can see, this company is not about customer service. They jack up the price if you live in a nice home and neighborhood. I've seen other reviews on their company where the person giving the bad review complained about paying $350 for this same service. My advice, stay away from this company and any other duct cleaning company that immediately starts trying to tell you that you have a mold problem and they haven't even done any legitimate tests.
